Wade McGuinn is a hard-working, God-fearing renaissance man and entreprenuer. We first started working with McGuinn Hybrid Homes because he was ready to break back into the build-to-own home market in Columbia, SC and beyond. Their focus is making great homes that are affordable. Another main focus is to create communities. Nate, the CEO for McGuinn, states that people are going to experience so much of thier lives in these homes, and the community aspect is important in that. This shoot consisted of an interview and b-roll day, following by another half day for "lifestyle" shots, which were staged with talent. This project turned into another and into another, on and on, and we are now working through projects for his other brand, Next Generation Ministries. More on that soon!
